3.车队官网必须有隐私条款、服务条款、GDPR等内容
4.您的VTC必须组织1次公共活动和1次车队私人活动，并每月参加2次公共活动的证据。
5.您的VTC至少验证两个月，才可以进行红名申请。
6.VTC所有者的账号必须连接到Discord或论坛。
7.您的VTC不能使用GIF文件，这个文件是禁止的。
